Levels of Support
EZPZ Classic Package: $550
This support package is for children under the age of 5 who are neuro-typical or have mild sensory or behavioral difficulties. It includes initial home visit (virtual) and start up assessment to create an individualized toileting plan for your child. Also included is 12 weeks of personal support via phone and daily text support and a once weekly virtual meeting.
Squeeze the Day Package: $850
This level of care supports children with more complicated needs. Typically children over 5 years of age who have developmental atypicalities and moderate to intense sensory and behavioral difficulties. This plan includes an individualized program as well as start up materials that include the EZPZ Bathroom book and all visual supports. This plan offers unlimited access to consultation services, daily support via text, and a weekly virtual meeting. Consultation with your child’s educational team is also included.
Extended Care/Hourly Consultation: $120/hr
This service is available for families that may need support beyond 12 weeks or for families that need a boost. Typically for those who have issues with regression, severe anxieties or medical conditions. Extended care is available to train school professionals or to assist children in community settings.
